Refund Policy

Payments for listing fees, subscriptions, listing extensions, boosts, featured placements and other digital services are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

Deleting a listing, removing an advertisement, cancelling a subscription, or choosing not to use a paid service does not entitle you to a refund, including a refund for unused time.

• Payments are processed by Paystack. Review the amount and what you are buying before you pay.
• Paid services start when payment is confirmed and run for the period stated at purchase.

Exceptions: nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law, and we will respect any refund or remedy that the law requires. As a matter of good practice we also intend to correct genuine errors on our side — for example, a duplicate charge, or a payment taken where the paid service was not delivered because of a fault on CorperSpace. To raise a payment problem, contact us using the details on the Terms page and include your payment reference.

Advertisers must make sure their advertisements are truthful, lawful and comply with platform requirements, including the Advertising Policy page.

Advertising payments are non-refundable, even if an advertiser deletes, withdraws or removes an advertisement before its scheduled expiry. You can remove your ad at any time from My Ads; it stops showing immediately, and no refund or credit is given for the unused period.

CorperSpace may reject or remove advertisements that violate its policies without compensation, subject to applicable law.

Advertisers agree to the Advertising Policy when they create an account and again when they buy an ad.
